Premium real estate agent

One person from the first call to handing over the keys

I sell premium apartments and houses in Wrocław and the surrounding area. I prepare every property like a production: document checks, home staging, a photo shoot, a film and a campaign aimed at the right buyers.

I came to real estate from business, and that is how I run it: I count time, costs and results. Some transactions I handle discreetly, off-market, without advertising on portals.

Why use an agent

A few of your hours instead of dozens

Selling an apartment is a part-time job for several weeks. I have set out what needs doing and how long it takes when you do it yourself, compared with when I run the sale.

How I sell

Three things that shorten a sale

A buyer of a premium apartment decides with their eyes before they come to a viewing. That is why I start with preparation and imagery and only then publish the listing. See behind the scenes

Imagery

Magazine-quality film and photos

Every listing gets professional photos, a film and reels for social media. Material like this holds a buyer's attention on the portals and on their phone.

Discretion

Buyers before the listing reaches the portals

I first show the property to verified buyers from my own and the agency's database. If you prefer, the whole sale can take place off-market.

I handle the formalities

I check the legal status before publishing, lead the negotiations and coordinate the buyer's bank and the notary. You make the decisions.

I present a property so that buyers can see their own life in it.

The photos, film and reels for every property are produced to one standard, so the listing stands out on the portals and on social media.

Questions

Sellers' most common questions

More answers in the FAQ. Is your question not here? Write to me.

How much does a property valuation cost?

The valuation is free and comes with no obligation. It includes a viewing, a comparison with transactions in the area and a recommended price and sales strategy.

How long does it take to sell a premium apartment in Wrocław?

It depends on the price, location and preparation. A well-prepared apartment at the right price can find a buyer within a few weeks; I sold one apartment worth over PLN 3 million in a month.

What is an off-market sale?

It is a sale without advertising on property portals. The property is shown only to verified buyers from my own and the agency's database, which keeps it discreet.

Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement?

I usually work on an exclusive basis, because it lets me prepare a full campaign and take responsibility for the result. I agree the terms individually after analysing the property.

Do you work with clients from abroad?

Yes. I handle conversations and paperwork in English, and the transaction can be completed remotely through a power of attorney.

How much time do I save by selling with an agent?

By my estimate, selling an apartment on your own takes dozens of hours: documents, photos, listings, phone calls, viewings and negotiations. With me you spend a few hours on the key decisions and signatures.
