What is an off-market sale?
It is a sale without a listing on the portals. Only verified buyers from the agent's and the agency's database see the property.
Does off-market mean a lower price?
Not necessarily. Buyers in the database are pre-vetted and interested in a specific segment, so the conversation starts with the right people. If we don't find a buyer off-market within the agreed time, we can move to the open market.
Who is off-market for?
For owners who value privacy: public figures, owners of exceptional apartments, investors selling several units and anyone who doesn't want just anybody viewing their home.
How do I join the off-market list?
