2. What data and for what purpose

We process the data you provide in the forms (name, phone, e-mail, property address and details, message content) in order to reply to your enquiry, prepare a valuation and contact you about properties (Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).

3. How long

We keep the data until the matter is closed and then for the period required by law or until you withdraw your consent.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with IT service providers (hosting, e-mail, form handling) and, with your consent, with the agency I work with.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.), which stores cookies in your browser. This tells us how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages, forms and contact buttons they use. We do not combine this data with form data. Google may also process the data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can also turn off Google Analytics measurement with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
